Common questions

What buyers ask first.

What do we need to provide for a sound session?

Very little, we bring everything. All instruments, mats, props, and setup are handled by Chime & Flow. You'll need to provide a quiet room or open space large enough for participants to lie down comfortably (approximately 2m x 2m per person), and ideally some low lighting capability. We'll do a venue check-in call in advance to make sure everything is in order.

Is it suitable for neurodivergent employees?

Yes, with some thoughtful adaptations. For neurodivergent team members, particularly those with sensory sensitivities, we offer pre-session guidance, optional ear protection for particularly resonant instruments like the gong, and the option to experience the session seated rather than lying down. Please let us know the needs of your team in advance and we'll tailor accordingly.

Can this be part of our DEI strategy?

Absolutely. Sound healing is one of the most universally accessible wellness modalities,  it requires no prior experience, physical ability, or spiritual framework. It crosses cultural, professional, and generational divides naturally. For organisations building inclusive wellbeing strategies, sound sessions offer something rare: an experience that genuinely works for everyone in the room at the same time.

Is it insured and compliant for corporate environments?

Yes. Chime & Flow carries full public liability insurance and Kayla is a certified member of the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST). We can provide insurance documentation and risk assessments upon request, a standard part of our corporate onboarding process. We're familiar with corporate health and safety requirements and will work within your organisation's frameworks.

Next step

A 15-minute conversation about your team.

No pitch. Just a focused exchange about what your team is carrying, and whether sound is the right tool for it.
