An alternative to the cliché. The version of the day your friends will actually talk about. And the version of you that gets to host it without performing.
Three recent gatherings
What this actually looks like.
Every booking is its own thing. Here are three real shapes the work has taken, to give the right idea, then leave room for yours.
The Hen Weekend
A Cotswolds farmhouse, Saturday afternoon.
Twelve friends. Between the long lunch and whatever the evening was going to be. An hour of stillness on the lawn. Half cried, half slept. They talked about it the rest of the weekend.
The Baby Shower
A Notting Hill garden, Sunday morning.
Six of her closest. No games, no balloon arch, no Mr-and-Mrs quiz. A 45-minute session, then tea, then the kind of conversation that doesn't happen at the other version of the day.
The Milestone
A Hampstead home, the night of her 40th.
Candles low. The evening opened with sound. Then a long table, slow wine, and the rare feeling of arriving properly at your own party rather than running through it.

Anatomy of a session
What actually happens in the room.
"You want your friends to leave saying something other than 'that was lovely'. Here's how that gets engineered."
i. Arrival
The threshold.
Low light. Mats laid out before guests arrive. Nobody has to "get into it". The room does the work. A short welcome is the only spoken part.
ii. Settle
Quiet, before the first sound.
Five minutes of stillness. The room dims, the light shifts, guests settle in. Even the friends who arrived hyped-up have visibly dropped by the time the first bowl sounds.
iii. The sound
Live, tailored, never recorded.
Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes. Read in real time. The session takes its shape from the room it's in. A hen weekend, a baby shower, a 40th. Each one gets played differently.
iv. Return
The reset.
A slow close. A brief integration. Guests leave with an audio recording from the day, so the gathering carries on past the room. And so they remember who hosted it.
How the booking works
Three steps. No back-and-forth.

“
Kayla brought something to my hen weekend that we didn't know we needed. After the long lunch, before the evening. An hour of stillness on the lawn. We talked about it for the rest of the weekend.
